Brisbane City Council's Call Centre operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week via phone 3403 8888.

The Call Centre is the best contact method for urgent issues such as traffic light problems, lost animals, dangerous dogs and public safety concerns which may include local roadway or footpath obstructions. 

I encourage residents to utilise the Call Centre for urgent matters such as illegal parking and public safety concerns which require prompt and/or immediate action at the time of offence.
